We highly value small group ministry as the primary way of connecting with and sharing life with one another. Below you will find our small group options for Fall of 2017. We hope you will find a place to plug into deep, intentional community - where we can truly know others and be known.
A family-friendly small group that meets every Sunday night at the church. A potluck meal followed by study, conversation, and prayer. This group is currently using the book "Life Together" by Dietrich Bonhoeffer as their discussion guide. Childcare is provided.
Led by Pastor Jason and Mandy Bowker
This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 7pm at the church. They are currently studying the book "Let Your Life Speak" by Parker Palmer during these gatherings, but often do other things together outside of these times…including outdoor activities and service projects.
Led by Ashley Beck & Carl Fahlstrom
This group meets on Tuesday nights at 7pm, rotating between the homes of the group members. They are discussing common world-views, the gospel of Mark, and how we can faithfully engage with people who think differently than us. They are using the book "The Universe Next Door" by James Sire to guide their conversations.
Led by Ken Mottram
This longstanding group at the church continues to meet on Tuesday mornings at 9:30am to study the Bible. They move slowly through entire books of the Bible and are currently studying Daniel.
Led by Pastor Jason
This group meets weekly before Sunday worship to study and pray together. They are usually studying a particular book the Bible, but will sometimes discuss a book or current affairs. They are currently studying the book of Isaiah.
Led by Ephie Risho
This group of high school students meets on Sunday mornings before our worship gatherings to discuss life and faith. They explore their previous week, share life, pray, and learn together. They are currently using the DVD series 'Nooma' to spark conversation.
